Q: Are my grillz safe? A: Yes. All materials used in grillz are safe and will not damage the body. Q: Are my grillz safe for children? A: Yes. Our Grillz are FDA approved made from materials and coating designed to protect the mouth from harm. We recommended that children be at least older than 12 to wear these grillz. Q: Can I change my shipping address after payment was made? A: If you pay through PayPal, you order will be shipped to the address provided in your PayPal payment as your shipping address and no adjustments will be accepted after the payment is completed. If you send payment by mail, you order will be shipped to an address provided in your eBay profile. Please, make sure that you have your address updated in PayPal and eBay before you go through checkout process! Q: How do I know whether my item has been shipped? A: You will receive an email notification. Usually, an item is shipped within 2 business days after a payment is received and cleared. Q: How long does delivery takes? A: Within the US delivery times is 2 to 7 business days. Internationally, delivery to a country of destination takes about 3-7 business days plus delivery time within that country (delivery times within different countries vary greatly). Note: These terms are approximate and USPS does not guarantee that will be met. Q: Is there package tracking information available? A: All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Since it does not allow tracking a status of the package that is en-route, but shows only USPS acceptance of the package and delivery time. All international packages are shipped without delivery confirmation. Packages with 5 or more items will be insured if insurance for shipping to your country is available. Q: Is there a return policy? A: If your item received defective/damaged, you have 10 days to return it back to the seller. Please, include a note with an item number and a reasond for return. On your request, a defective/damaged item will be either replaced with a new one (only the same model), or refund of its price will be issued (S&H is not refundable).
