Q: Are my grillz safe?

A: Yes. All materials used in grillz are safe and will not damage the body.

Q: Are my grillz safe for children?

A: Yes. Our Grillz are FDA approved made from materials and coating designed to protect the mouth from harm. We recommended that children be at least older than 12 to wear these grillz.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after payment was made?

A: If you pay through PayPal, you order will be shipped to the address provided in your PayPal payment as your shipping address and no adjustments will be accepted after the payment is completed. If you send payment by mail, you order will be shipped to an address provided in your eBay profile. Please, make sure that you have your address updated in PayPal and eBay before you go through checkout process!

Q: How do I know whether my item has been shipped?

A: Within the US delivery times is 2 to 7 business days.

A: All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.
