U.S. Payment and Shipping Policies
Payment must be received within seven days of the auction’s closing. We accept PayPal and Money Orders. If you are sending a money order please note the auction number in the memo section. Your item will ship within three business days of payment date. All shipping prices include Delivery Confirmation and a Tracking Number, which will be provided via e-mail when the item is shipped.
Express shipping is also available for an additional fee.
If item gets lost in the mail, the item will be insured and the full value of the purchase less shipping costs and insurance costs will be returned.
International Payment and Shipping Policies
Your item will ship within two business days of payment date via USPS. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred for globally shipped items. We will not mark packages as gifts or record false values for packages.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% Satisfied with your Grillz. If you are unhappy with them when you recieve them you may exchange them or return them for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). However, once the mold is set, there is no warranty of any kind. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Grillz that have been used or worn.
